The resort nestled along the eastern island's line of beaches and located 15 minutes from Mactan International Airport. It occupies a hectare residential cum leisure development that places Cebu on the roster of world exclusive resort destination.

With more than 14,000 square meters of floor space, the lobby consists of reception desk, a restaurant and a gift shop. The banquet facilities include a 500 seat grand ballroom, a KTV and a fine dining restaurant. In the west wing are 14 villas complete with a 5-star resort amenities.
